As you can likely postulate from the image, this week is taxes week. ☹️
I won’t have time to do a video this week or our Monthly Hang, unfortunately. 

I know. The Hang is supposed to be the first Saturday of the month. But last Saturday I was teaching students of a friend of mine while he was having surgery. AND, I also did a gig here in NYC last week as well. (No, I was not able to tape the show. Trust me, I brought all my gear too.)

So no time to do a video last week. No time this week either because I have to do my taxes. Ugh… It seems like every year my taxes gets more involved as the YouTube channel grows.

By the way, have you noticed that the video I did on “Knowing Your Chords” has now surpassed 65K views? It’s by far my most watched video. And a recent video “Unlock Secrets to Scales the circle of 5ths is hiding from you” has tipped over the 20K views so far. And I’m really happy that “Do complex Jazz Chords hold you back?” has also done fairly well with 10.2K views so far. I also gained 3,190 subscribers in the last couple of months. Crazy!

So let’s do a Hang next Saturday, March 16. Stay tuned for a post about that next week.

Oh, and for the GOLD LEVEL supporters and higher, I’m also trying to work on the next LEARN A NEW SONG EACH MONTH in between doing taxes. As some of you know, the computer that I created all my lessons on died, along with the software that I used to create all my lessons with. Therefore, the first time doing it takes the longest because there’s is no template or existing file to go from. I can’t say exactly when it will be available. But keep your eye’s peeled for that to come out. This month the song will be Alone Together.
